Organizing Assets

If you are using a lot of assets in your product, having them all in one long list will quickly become unmanageable.

Folders

Instead you can create and name a folder to organize your files, by clicking on New folder:

The icon button with a folder and a + is active, and a text field is ready to name the new folder being created.

We're adding a folder for product images, and now Assets look like this:

Shows the assets section of Henosia after a folder has been created. The folder is named Product images and the arrow to the left of the name indicates that the folder is closed. A gray background suggests that the folder is selected.

Having selected this new folder, we can then upload files to it:

The Add files icon button is activated and the screen shows three ways of adding files to the folder: By dragging and dropping them onto the screen, by clicking to select the files or by pasting the files from the clipboard.

Once the files are uploaded, Assets look like this:

Shows the Product images folder open with 8 product photos inside. Underneath, outside of the folder are two logo images.

Deleting

You can delete assets and folders too if they are no longer needed. Just click the X next to the item you want to delete.

A close up of the X next to each image file, that allows the user to delete an asset.
